1.  Malibu

If your ideal trip consists of a cruise through the ravishing California coast with a mix of private hilly beaches, Malibu may be a splendid destination for your honeymoon! Malibu is situated 26 miles from Los Angeles making it the perfect beach escape, while still giving you the option of driving up to visit the city. The Southern California Coast has a culminating mix of beautiful beaches, lavish restaurants, and unique culture. Be sure to spend a night at Surfrider Malibu.

2.  Southern Utah

Amangiri -- this luxurious, minimalistic oasis may be expensive, but if you had to cancel your European honeymoon, then it may be worth your money! If you love the desert-chic style, you will absolutely fall in love with this resort! Located in the Grand Circle region, this breathtaking hotel allows you to experience the desert like never before! Take a romantic hike with your partner or catch a hot-air balloon ride to gaze at the work of nature.

3.  Maine

Take a luxury coastal tour of the east coast and discover Ogunquit, ME. This charming beach town offers the perfect combination of beaches, dining, art, and culture.  It’s no wonder this city is named, “The Beautiful Place by the Sea” -- there is a large artistic community with a multitude of museums to visit, but if you’re also looking to indulge in some incomparable seafood, this is the place for you! We recommend staying at the White Barn Inn in Kennebunk.

4.  Wyoming

Wyoming is a choice destination for the couple that loves to explore nature and savor activities together. Teton Lodge in Jackson Hole has much to offer. During the winter months, you can enjoy various activities in the snow like skiing & snowboarding or even a sleigh ride! Wyoming also caters to those who prefer to travel to warm climates. In the summer, you can go for a National Park tour and take pleasure in the amazing scenery Yellowstone National Park has to offer.

5.  Hawaii

If you’re looking to lounge in the sun with a refreshing tropical drink in hand, Hawaii is the perfect getaway for you and your significant other! The island life offers a multitude of activities to enjoy from the safety of your resort. There are currently some restrictions in place, but with proof of a negative test, you can visit Hawaii and enjoy resort life. Head to Maunakea Resort on the big island.

6.  Napa

For the wine-loving newlyweds, consider planning your honeymoon in Napa Valley! Napa features an abundance of outdoor activities like wine tours, hiking, golf, and much more! If the outdoors aren’t really your thing, there’s also a number of culinary and artistic experiences to relish in. Wine tasting paired with an artisanal charcuterie board is always a good place to start! For a luxe honeymoon stay, rest your heads at Auberge du Soleil in Rutherford.

7.  New Orleans

New Orleans is a city with energy like no other -- making it a hit honeymoon destination if you love art, food, drinks, and music! This city is rich in culture offering newlyweds many ways to bond and de-stress together after the wedding. Jackson Square and the French Quarter are great spots to have dinner, hear some live music, and take a romantic stroll. We recommend staying at the Ritz Carlton.

8.  Sedona

Sedona, AZ is perfect for the newlyweds who love to hike and enjoy the scenic outdoors. The beautiful red rocks in the region offer many experiences for the hike of a lifetime! If you still love the outdoors but are not up for the physical exuberance, Sedona offers helicopter tours and is also near Verde Valley Wine Trails. A stay at the Enchantment Resort will be one you both will cherish forever.

9.  Colorado

Dunton Hot Springs in Colorado is an impeccable destination if you’re seeking a private and outdoorsy glamping experience with your partner. Bask in the hot springs for a rejuvenating bath with your significant other, or enjoy amazing food and wine in an exquisite natural setting.
