Shipping policy

We will ship your items within 2 business days from the date of purchase.

 

Domestic Shipping

If you select Free Shipping at checkout, candles will be sent via UPS Ground (Estimated 4 Business Days) and all other items will be sent via USPS First Class Mail (Estimated 3-6 business days).

Please be aware that USPS may experience delays in delivery times. Packages may take an extra 48 hours to arrive. If you choose to purchase USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, please keep in mind that their delivery times are not guaranteed and we cannot offer shipping refunds due to mail carrier delays.

If you need quicker delivery of your items, then we recommend purchasing USPS Priority Mail Express, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping across the globe - simply enter your destination country during checkout. The Mine Company is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
